Connecting resources to opportunities
Brazil
Casa da Graça:
In the city of Itapevi in Brazil, there exists a temporary shelter for girls who come from inadequate living conditions, abusive families and street life.
Founded in September 2008, Casa da Graça was opened by a group of Korean missionaries that wanted to create a safe haven for girls that were granted temporary reprieve from their harmful family surroundings.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to partake in sharing God’s love as a church with the Brazilian people, particularly with the children at Casa da Graça, a temporary shelter for local girls from underprivileged families. We are committed to building long-term relationships with the local community and bringing the Gospel by serving and sharing Christ’s love with those in need. We look to be involved in each girl’s life in the long run.
We believe God can use us to plant His seeds in the girls’ hearts to provide them with a vision. We look to encourage them as they grow up to find suitable places in their society, always remembering their true identity as God’s precious daughters. As we serve in this purpose, we shall look to find them love, self awareness, faith, vision and the ability to further God’s kingdom on earth.
